I know nothing about this series other than a lot of people I know like it and when I saw the image with the four characters and their powers I thought of Naruto as well.
Regarding how Com2us handled collab information in the past I wouldn't be surprised to see a 5th playable character dropping. I also expect some kind of pve content like with the AC or Witcher collab in which the villains of JJK appear. Speaking from previous collabs Com2us doesn't give us full information at the start but slowly generating hype and more information will drop in the next few days.
I think yuji will be like the unicorn or the dark devil maiden with a transormation into sukuna Gojo will have some kind of unresistible stun or smth like his domain expansion Megumi has to summon different monster for the different skills and i think nobara will have a buff with provoke that hurt the ennemy as she is getting hit or smth Overall i'm just hyped to see them in the game, hope the side content will be good and hope they don't fuck up their skills as they are pretty fucking well known lol and fairly "easy" to implement in the game. I do wish for a Gojo as the given character though. I wonder how they'll make them into the different family's though
We had The Witcher 3 where we got also 4 characters, with Geralt in water as free 5*. I wouldn't presume it will stay with 4 character. Think about Street Fighter, Assassins Creed and Cookie, where we got the fith charachter. Most likely it will be 5
4 unit is perfect i don't understand how people expect more than 20 new unit that's crazy 20 is fine no more or it will be impossible to get one of each without luck or wallet

Who would they pick ? don't answer it's not really a question, here is the answer: It doesn't matter who they would pick because people would be crying about their favorite character not being chose or "that character would have been better" and that kind of bullshit. Nothing but a fact... it's better to just stick with the classic 4 like they did with the witcher compared to picking a fifth among all these really cool characters. Let's just be grateful and hope that they won't suck and stay faithful to their abilities in the manga/anime.

And if it fits the JJK franchise better with only 4 characters it is also better in my eyes than randomly picking a 5th character that doesn't really fit the selection.
