Hmm, maybe you have internal latches or possibly corner latches. We sell a few different styles if you want to check them out - www.swisco.com/cl/Tilt-Window-Replacement-Latches
Here's a thought. Why not make these latches out of metal so they won't break in the first place? I am so tired of replacing broken tilt latches in my house that I would pay triple for replacement latches made of actual metal.
If it is a PVC window and the latches were made out of metal, they would literally "eat" the PVC much quicker than plastic latches. In any two parts mechanism where there is friction, one of the parts must always be weaker to avoid the whole mechanism to get worn.
You are a lifesaver my good man.
Normal surface mount tilt latches wont fit on my windows. such a hassle

But it doesn't line up as the same place as original. How do you fix that?.

Go back to wood or metal. PVC sucks. My windows are 100 years old, zero problems lol but helping a neighbor with his 'modern wonders'
Exactly!!!
