These 3 beats are all beats I performed in my last drum cover! So many asked about a break down video. These beats are totally worthy of their own lesson video so I made it a complete lesson. These beats push the limit of technical skill, groove, time, chops, and orchestration. I'm sure if you learn these drum beats they will expand your drumming vocabulary and sharpen your skills!

I really like how easy you make this feel. Very cool teaching approach!
Thank you!
Another great Eric' s lesson. Thanks!.
The drumming part is impressive, but being able to say LRK in the order of the groove is impressive. I know there is outtakes. Cool video dude.
So glad I found this video so now I have new Beats To practice .excellent you very much
This beats are fire man!
Thank you for teaching me this cool beats.
I like the way you guide us, thanks.
Last groove had to me the best flow and groove mood on 120 bpm.
I’ve spent the last week working on the first two grooves, and look forward to the third. This was an amazing lesson, and it inspired me to create two new grooves. Thanks for gifting us with this knowledge!
That’s what it’s all about! So glad to hear that Adam. Thank you and keep it up!
Very nice! Thanks for posting!
47 seconds in, mind blown! Those hats and cymbals sound so good Eric.
Haha yes! Thanks man 👊🏼✌🏼
That's a help with separation much fun.
On a personal note;the 70s called and want the stache back. Lol.
Awesome lessons.
Thank you so much 😊🙏🏻❤️
Your lessons are very cool and very easy to understand. 😊👍🏻
third one is killer!
All very cool beats, but that last one is a mind blower. One of the coolest and most complicated beats I have come across. That's an incredibly creative accomplishment to come up with that. It took me many hours to master. I can copy these beats, but creating them out of thin error is the hardest part. Very impressive sir! and thanks for sharing!
Appreciate that!! 🙏🏼
That kit sounding sweet
That was a great lesson thank you i just subscribed
Eric these are some damn tasty licks, such a clean approach to these linear style grooves. Shit slaps when you play them back to back, so good 🙏🙏
Amazing

oh my! pretty slick from you for putting the third beat in your little dancy rap (well i think they are the same)! great lesson! those beats are sick and not discouraging to learn, thanks!!
Aww Come on, this video was like hearing you breakdown some historical jewels from Bonham. I’m 55 so I grew up listening to the Zep. But this is your original stuff. Sooooo glad you did this. Like always, clear and precise teaching.
Thank you for the encouraging comment! 👊🏼✌🏼
Thank you! I taught myself three. Going to take a lot of practice to get to 120 bpm though!
Good stuff! Just started watching your videos and love the content. You got another subscriber!
Appreciate that! Thank you
your drums sound great
Good job bro 👍
Outstanding, Son!
Amazing video ! Sir really helpful thank u for uploading This lesson
Thank you!
A drummer so great, he can find time to moonlight as a Cop.
All the grooves are great man! I especially like the first groove sounds like a Linear version of "Cold Sweat" by James Brown.
0:37 - 0:51 is friggin' cool!
man that hi hat sounds mint!
Last groove is killer. Great vid, bro!
Thanks man!
Number three is a monster you have to chunk it off like a half a measure at a time I couldn't nail it in a half an hour
Dooooooope!!!!!!
Thanks Freddie!!!
Who is freddie
I love everything about this video.....Except the way the floor tom sounds lol
Muito bom 👏
Very cool grooves and an entertaining funny but quality presentation! If I get nr.3 to 80 bpm it will be success for me.
The only drummer alive with a moustache ,nice lesson :)
Классный контент,, спасибо бро!!
That is one killer beat , if I could only play that😢but I got to try ! See ya in about a year or three😅
Congrats for the channel bro, so productive. Btw, may I know which plugins do u use for the mixing? sounds really amazing.
82ND AIRBORNE
DAMN!! That mustache is pushin a whole lotta Dignity Ese!!
Haha thanks man 👊🏼
Well, that certainly is news to me! I never knew that John Stossel played drums!!!😂
I am EXTREMLY happy I clicked on this video! Finally a non-clickbait drum vid my dude
Dude! Thank you man 🤘🏼
whoa! pump the brakes there tiger! That groove just blew my mind apart!
I'm 44 and my mind just blew apart all over the ground.
thanks for the two bars of killer my friend. super fun and challenging to learn and play. hope all is well.
Haha 🤣 alright man! Thanks so much for watching and commenting. I hope your brain is all back in your noggin and your shredding this on the drums now 🙏🏼👊🏼✌🏼
Eric Fisher as aLways ✊👍
I got the drum thing, but that mustache is ON POINT!
Love you more and more, Freddie!! Love your work here and also with Queen.
Finally something that I'm excited to learn.
It looks easy. But what I'm noticing is that I'm going to have to learn new muscle memory
What kind of cymbal is that stack sounds amazing
Hey love your stuff!!! Still working on these grooves...Just letting you know I just posted on my channel, a bunch of Kirk Covington clips i took in Austin in 2015 at the Elephant room... One of a kind clips... some fast samba, funk and blues.
Fucking hell these are amazing. Instantly subscribed
👍👍👍
I love that combination of beats! What are the sizes and model of your hi-hats?
Thanks! Meinl Byzance 15” Dual Hats
You are playing ghost notes with the side of the stick on the hi-hats, I play my ghost notes with the tip. It's a reminder that I can play ghost in any position, but it just don't feel natural to me to play a ghost note that way because of the characteristics of the sound.
I don't know exactly the sub-signature but that first one sounds like poly rhythm.
your floor tom sounds like a bass guitar lmaoo, great stuff mate
What tom heads are you using? Kit sounds amazing!
Evans G2 coated. Thanks!
Brasil❤
Great VIDEO!!! LICKS!!!
Hello, I loved the grooves, however, I didn't understand what the letter U means in the score. Congratulations for the video and hugs from Brazil
Это бомба, завтра начну учить. Спасибо
I don't know what this says! Can you translate my friend?
@@Fisherdrumming 'This is the bomb, I'll start teaching tomorrow. Thank you'. I'm a bit rusty, but it's something like that.
@@woody4269 Everything is correct, thank you.
This is NOT CLICKBAIT...These are indeed VERY IMPRESSIVE beats! I'm super curious how you construct these...🥁🎵🎵🤔
So I came up with these 3 exact beats for the last drum cover I did. They are actually all played in that cover “little drummer boy” the Christmas cover. I listened to the music and tried to come up with parts that would fit the music but also be very spiced up with lots of elements. Thank you for asking!
Playing the measures over and over again at slower speeds makes it click! On screen notations spell it out. New subscriber. 🙂
Very interesting how he plays “show must go on” …
Ted Lasso changed his look to Freddie Mercury and became a drum teacher.
Second beat is from a slipknot tune from Iowa if you speed it right up I wanna say Disaster piece
Freddie?
I spent an 30 min on the first mesure lol
that was awsome Eric!!!! helped a lot....could u pin me plssssss
Not busy enough
i'm sensing sarcasm... Lol
Shia labeuf play drums!!! 🤘😎🤘
Thanks Freddy Mercury
Was Freddie Mercury resurrected? 😱😱😱
Muy Freddie Mercury pero big drummer!!!
No offense but you kinda look like Freddie mercury
