Try being HR in Scotland, alcohol is the least of your worries up here, expect an employee who doesn't smoke cannabis to be a unicorn (of which I am one, thank you) and you can throw a rock at random in Scotland and hit someone holding cocaine...ironically, that's why most Scots don't turn up to work hungover anymore, saving for the weekend
