Hi sissy, Yummy fried rice recipe. I tried out today. It's not simple work, but dedicated ah seirapa interesting ah irundhuchu. Video la pakrapa simple mari irundadhu, but overall ah ready panitu dish pandrapa easy ah iruku. Recipe came out delicious. Potato crispy ah sapidumbodhu vandadhu super. Also I did side dish for baby corn fry. Thanks for the recipe.
This is really similar to the fried rice I had at the Jet Foundation, Hindu organisation, Sri Vaishnava Sampradaya. I really love the fried rice they made it was so nice, hing, cashews, cumin seeds, fried potatoes. Yum.
