I wonder why Pokemon company despite being a massive company for years with many loyal follower never really made high quality Pokemon game. Tencent just prove it is possible to make high quality Pokemon game
And on mobile too, seriously idk why they cant make it mobile

It is possible for long time, even Digimon can be semi-open world in Digimon Masters Online the downside Digimon Masters Online is the server is bad and the micro transaction make no sense, but since community take over it Digimon Master Online Private Server is your best bet for Monster Collecting with your friend at least until Palworld exist.
