He still sounds amazing today … crazy. You’re right, he’s a regular judge on The Voice UK 🇬🇧. I’ve heard him sing spontaneously with Jennifer Hudson there … outstanding.

Hello Rad. Really enoyed your reaction to Tom Jones. I was a young adult then and remember Tom well. He was a huge star! I'm happy to know your generation appreciates the "oldies". Rad, would you please react to a song from 1961 'CRAZY" sung by another huge singing star of that era, PATSY CLINE, who was among the first who brought counry music into the pop genre. Teenagers then bought her records though most if not many popular songs of thr 50's and 60's were love songs. Guess love is never out of date. Thanks again, Rad, for your thoughtful and intelligent reaction. Also, Tom hssold over 100 million records!

Hands like a football player and a neck like Mike Tyson. Vocal chords of a true Welshman! He loved them all.

I’m 76 and went to his concerts, MGM Grand, Las Vegas. This man was/is incredibly talented. Love songs, rock ‘n roll, country, he even did rap in his show (he could have left that out). A once-in-a-lifetime performer. Great review, my friend.

Written by his friend Lonnie Donegan in 1962 Tom recorded this in 1967 ..Elvis Presley ( who was an admirer of Tom Jones) did a cover of it in the 1970's ..In 2019, Donegan's son, Peter, auditioned for The Voice UK in which Sir Tom Jones turned his chair for him. Tom Jones when finding out and taken aback by who he was, performed an impromptu duet of the song with Peter! Well worth watching .

Good reaction, not from that era, but close, was at the start of the sixties, at the time people in the UK regarded Elvis the king, and T Jones the Prince, but those two were phenomenal artists without no assistance from the box, at the peak of their careers, that sets them apart in my book, along with many artists from those day's.

    TRUE FACTS.
The song was written by Lonnie donagan he was a successful singer in the 1960. He sang and recorded it. But he didn't think he did it justice. So Tom Jones recorded it. Ton and Lonnie became good friends until Lonnie donagan died in 5th November 2002. Check out tom Jones on the voice. He's singing with Peter donagan. Which is Lonnie donagan's son. This song is bast on a real story. But not with Tom Jones. Just because a singers sings a sad song like this one. People think it's about the singer . Not always. From UK 🇬🇧👍👍 b Safe take care. PEACE ☮️

I'd love to see you react to Tom Jone singing I'll never fall in love again, with Peter Donegan who went for a blind audition on The Voice UK and is the son of Lonnie Donegan who originally wrote the song for Tom.
