How to make a Hello Kitty Suncatcher | Hello Kitty Crafts

Hello Friends! If you like to soak up the sunshine, then we have a craft for you! Today we’re going to show you how to make a supercute Hello Kitty suncatcher which you can put in your bedroom or kitchen or anywhere you like! We’ll show you how to make a supercute and super special Hello Kitty suncatcher to celebrate Hello Kitty’s 50th Anniversary that will turn the beautiful sunshine into a rainbow of colors for you and your family to enjoy!

Materials Needed
Template - bit.ly/3KgifOs
Ribbon or twine
Paintbrush
Vellum paper
Watercolors
Water
Mason Jar Lids
Hot Glue
White marker
(01:00) Step 1: Print out the template from the description or draw a picture of your own. Take your vellum paper and trace your mason jar lids, then cut them out so it’s a circle.
(01:30) Step 2: Place the vellum cutouts on top of the templates. Trace over the designs using the white marker.
(02:18) Step 3: Use a hot glue gun to glue the paper inside of the mason jar lids.
(02:40) Step 4: Use watercolors to lightly color the back of the paper with bright colors.
(03:15) Step 5: When they’re dry, glue your twine around the outside of the lids. Hang up the suncatchers in a window and watch as the sun streams through.
