This is probably one of the healthiest family channel I've seen till now. The parents are clearly involved in the kids' lives and it's clear how comfortable they are on camera considering most family channels exploit their kids for views. But the kids are clearly being happily raised and I love how friendly and nice Sara is to her kids. The dad is amazing as well. And this new format is definitely very appreciated, Sara. Would love to see more and more of your happy family❤❤❤❤❤
I am so sorry the former owners left the little messes. Even when my son left college, we left the room as clean if not cleaner than when we found it when he moved in. Apparently not everyone extends that courtesy. Sad😢 ❤

Good luck with the move! The new place does seem to need some work! And you are right, when things are all so overwhelming, or too many unexpected things turn up- it's best to simply take the troubles one baby step at a time. I am a problem solver, hence here's a few de-stressing suggestions for you. If you haven't started all your contract work yet; please reconsider if you can hold off on paint work related things until the girls are a bit more grown up. 1) because the paint fumes can be toxic for our health- unless we chose with care- but our market options also aren't always that great. 2) my friend did this when her kid were young, (even though she didn't like the color scheme & layout of her home). She and her husband, let the kids cross their toddler years and go to primary school ages before any changes. They let the kids play around the home, write on the walls and furnitures, etc.- and simply enjoy their childhood in a carefree explorative manner. Then after the kids were responsible enough to be mindful about not painting on walls or writing, peeing vomiting, etc. on furnitures- that's when- they did the renovations, paint work, furniture upgrades, efc.- that they wished to do, to make their home look beautiful for guests and themselves. By holding off on the less important or needed projects, firstly the financial load was less. They could plan slowly for the future expenses. The stress will be less on your husband and your finances too. And by focusing on the immediate urgent needs like the basement leakage or mold issues- you will ensure the home is safe for all of you to live in when you move in. Also if you take 5-8 years to build, decorate, change it to your dream home, you will enjoy it all comfortably too and maybe in future have the girls' also enjoy contributing towards the decorations or colors with you. 🤗✨ Please do think about this. And i have felt from previous videos and from the past and or present experiences of friends/family with 2-3 kids- that two parents or adults aren't always enough help to manage them all. Please see if you can recruit temporary, part time or permanent long hours of help from friends, families or reliable nannies or baby sitters. Atleast get into taking part time help for the days when you have periods or when you are sick, or when your husband is tired from work or you are both stressed out, etc. The more we invest in our preventative healthcare things and in de-stressing or minimising stress, the better it is for our overall present and future health; as well as good for the kids too in the long term to have well rested and less stressed parents. Also with repair work, see if you can enroll help from some family or friends for helping you supervise or if you can pay someone for it, if long hours of work are to be invested curently. My friends and family have lived in CA and UT- & US for decades; and i myself lived in UT for 13 years but without family and I was a pharmacist there- so i do know about the cost of healthcare, baby care or daily living expenses in western countries like US or Canada. I feel you! My landlord just 3 weeks ago tore down A LOT of walls in the apartment below me and I warned them beforehand, telling them not to do that because I still have actual brick walls in my apartment and the floors are only wooden beams etc. (I am in Europe). Well, they did it anyway "what does that stupid woman know? She tells us nothing, we know that we do" and now my kitchen and bathroom floor are sinking, I have big gaps where walls and floor meet. It's hell on earth when your home is in shambles and you are in fear of being electrocuted (in your case) or falling 2 stories down with all the furniture in your apartment. I cross my fingers that everything will be fixed soon. In your house and my apartment! 😘 Oh, and when I reported the gaps (E-Mail at 10 pm), the caretaker first ignored me and let my phone call go through on the answering machine the next morning and then I called the firebrigade (who does these things over here) and then THEY called him (miraculously someone picked up that phone call) and then he came over around 2pm and yelled at ME for at least 15 minutes for calling the firebrigade although he and his bunch of bunglers messed up big time and IGNORED me for hours. Let's write a movie about that. No one believes that these things could actually happen. Life is stranger than fiction. 😫😄

I feel you! My landlord just 3 weeks ago tore down A LOT of walls in the apartment below me and I warned them beforehand, telling them not to do that because I still have actual brick walls in my apartment and the floors are only wooden beams etc. (I am in Europe). Well, they did it anyway "what does that stupid woman know? She tells us nothing, we know that we do" and now my kitchen and bathroom floor are sinking, I have big gaps where walls and floor meet. It's hell on earth when your home is in shambles and you are in fear of being electrocuted (in your case) or falling 2 stories down with all the furniture in your apartment. I cross my fingers that everything will be fixed soon. In your house and my apartment! 😘
Oh, and when I reported the gaps (E-Mail at 10 pm), the caretaker first ignored me and let my phone call go through on the answering machine the next morning and then I called the firebrigade (who does these things over here) and then THEY called him (miraculously someone picked up that phone call) and then he came over around 2pm and yelled at ME for at least 15 minutes for calling the firebrigade although he and his bunch of bunglers messed up big time and IGNORED me for hours. Let's write a movie about that. No one believes that these things could actually happen. Life is stranger than fiction. 😫😄

Congratulations again on y’all new home! My husband and I are actually moving to Arizona from Texas in December for his work. It is kind of scary but exciting at the same. We will be buying our first home. So I definitely understand what you were saying at the end. I love the new format. One suggestion though is whenever you talk at the camera hold it more eye level then down low. I think it would look better. Love watching you and your family! They always make me smile. My family recently moved to a new home, and it has been insane & SO much work but we’ve gotten through the majority of it now 😅
And before moving to the new house, the old one was renovated! And sorting and moving everything from a house we lived in for almost 2 decades was so much work,,We’ve been in the new house for 2 weeks and have done a lot of unpacking
