Letting people know my story of how a grew up and what type of place I am in just now. If you watch it all I'd like to thank you in advance. I hope this helps bring awareness to other people in similar life's as me.

You show an incredible amount of insight for someone with BPD. I hope this will give you an advantage in your recovery. As someone is gay and has a mental illness I understand how coming out with two things can be difficult. I also spent my entire adult life working in mental health. I noticed that BPD patients seemed to improve with age. I wish you a lot of luck.

I wish I had known what you know when I was younger... Your okay, your making progress, stay away from the drugs (including prescription crazy drugs) an alcohol. Life is short, enjoy it while you can and try not to worry about stuff so much. Reality is a lot more fun than a drug or alcohol induced fantasy.

Thanks for sharing your story, your very young although I do feel we have similar experiences, I have just been fucking up for much longer. We have the same nick name Marky Moo, both gay, both BDP - I have many other mental health disorders on top of that and have been in treatment nearly 25 years, I hope that they have it right now. It seems your doing okay now, try as had as you can with treatment - being younger you are more flexible to change, my initial mental health issues did resolve themselves for several years with a lot of treatment and medication, although I know that I did not I try as hard as I could have - maybe that was BPD lurking in the background and being a teenager/young adult therapists were more concerned about placing a label on someone who is young and goes through many changes. Personality disorders are quite concrete. In a way I am glad that they were more cautious back than, it seems that BPD is the favor of the month right now. I hope your recovery is going well. I am only just really beginning my treatment for BDP. Thanks again for sharing
