Sega has been making bad games for a while up until Sonic Mania, which wasn't even made by Sega from what I recall. I haven't heard of a good Sonic game since the past decade other than Sonic Mania. Nintendo crushed it with Mario Odyssey, New Soup (Even though its kinda average), and are still making consoles.
