There's just no way to not be disappointed in how our defense looks against any good team. Frankly, even Michigan State had moments that looked like they were going to burn our D but always found a way to blow execution before scoring. How can we have the best athletes but always look terrible in talent competitive games? Am I the only one who saw all the broken tackles? JT's amazing spin move didn't help when Dillon Gabriel ran past him for the TD while he broke assignment to chase the faked hand-off. I thought the offense did enough. I picked Bucks to win because I really believed our D could stop Oregon one more time than they could stop us Will Howard is great, I love Will, I love seeing a guy who loves to compete. Haven't seen a deep ball in front of a receiver yet, probably my eyesight. Honestly though, Devin has looked good too, and I think he could step in and make a good run in the playoffs
Half of the Oregon o-line was also out at the beginning of the year vs. Boise st & whoever too. The last 2 weeks, they got their o-line back working together.

Right or wrong, we have been told for 9 months how great this team is going to be. Now half way in, we have one loss and a defense that can’t put pressure on the opposing offensive line and QB. Even a great d line can’t stop everything, but the fact we have not forced a punt in the 4th quarter in big games is Rediculous! What is not talked about in this game is Oregon left at least 13 points on the field. They missed an extra point. Missed a 2 point conversion. Missed a field goal and turned the ball over on downs inside the 5 yard line.
Zach Boren, an honest broker who is not afraid to speak the truth on the issue plaguing OSU in recent years: "not being able to control the line of scrimmage, and that's on both sides of the ball." Until our staff can figure out why this has been the case for so long, we are in for continual disappointment against near peer competition.
Offense is an A- not an A+ only because we need a little bit better clock situation awareness. Special teams is an A. D line B. Line backer pay grade is a D bad. Secondary and safety play C,- got to jam these receivers off the line stop playing scared.
Once again don’t see enough from lb ok well when u just set there and u know ur never going to bilz or act like it ur dead in the water u have to get them in the mixes coming off stuns picking for ur boy to go free we dont do any of that and there still a very good def and guess what bilz a whole game ok and lb and cb might work out who’s supposed to be there ok

I always take 2 days away from OSU af an L. Will Howard played great. Denzel had a horrible game, & we're not getting enough pressure. I think the 3 in a row in Rivalry, Clemson loss & obviously UGA, which gives RD a NC is just painful & tough. These ridiculous fans really bother me. I try to enjoy the season, & right af the game, I'm tripping, but I'm not blasting it out there in The Ether. I've always took OSU L's hard.
People have no fondness for Howard because he is a "rent-a-player" who came here for one reason $$$$$ . I prefer using our home grown QBs too but for now Howard will have to do. Players just come and go now. Transfers are ruining the game we loved.
Are fans need to take a chill pill and enjoy this team we could be Texas Alabama and Georgia right now Alabama beats Georgia and Vanderbilt beats bama and Tennessee beats bama and Georgia beats Texas by double digits we loose by 1 point on the road with a chance to win in field goal range and the refs call a pass interference that was not offensive pass interference the only thing that worry’s me is are left tackle being out for the year on the other hand chip can make it work I do have confidence in chip to make are oline look good
And let me ask u a question if ur a top five star player are u coming to play in a boring def that runs cage and gap sound i mean that’s ur most basic fundamental concept from pee wee ok there not showing no bliz package and if ur a cb u want to get burn all the time cause the most talented d line can’t get to the qb not because they can’t it’s because ur head guy isn’t putting them in the position to get after it where this bilz king from osu in the big 12 there a pass happy conferences and the creativity he was doing out there is it cause he was toasted in the playoffs and is like nope safe is what we are now and playing shit teams it’s give u false confidence
