2018 Lebron was the best version of himself and the best basketball player to ever play. Just a perfect blend of athleticism, experience and skill.

Some may say Miami Lebron is better because I think he started to be more relaxed on defense at this time.
I do agree with you overall though.

Miami Lebron was def a problem. He was still a 2way player at that time b4 he had to cut back a lil to save energy for offense but he def still was a beast. Hes the only player where every yr he played you can say he had a dominate season. Even yr 20

You can pick and choose. It's all a matter of preference.
For the single 2011 failure, he's had all these games and series to make up for it. If my memory serves me right, nobody in NBA history except him and MJ have multiple signature games in the playoffs when it matters the most.

One of his best all-time performances, this series as a whole, and to me this is Lebron in his prime. Not with the Heat. He may have been younger on the heat, he may have been more athletic and explosive at the rim, but it was purely because he was younger, simple as that. Lebron is a freak of nature who in his late 30s now is still far more athletic than 90% of the league anyway. But this version of Lebron here and in the 2016 finals was Lebron at his peak. In pretty much all metrics. His shooting, his playmaking, his consistency and his IQ. He stopped shying away from taking over games, knew when he needed to stop deferring to others and just go off. And he could so and still put up 10+ assists with ease. It's otherworldly stuff.
