For the air dry clay, you can keep your project in a plastic box or airtight container to help retain moisture. This way, it won’t dry out as quickly, and you'll have more time to work on it. The thing with air dry clay is that you have to find a good varnish to seal and protect it because it's not waterproof like polymer clay, that's probably why there's not much people using it as a medium for their product. I’ve found that UV resin works really well as a sealer for air-dry clay. Great video, I really enjoyed it!
i actually did think about that! i will try it next time if i feel like i need more working time. I did seal it using acrylic varnish this time, maybe uv resin would make it feel more sturdy?
