Hi that's totally punjabi food. We eat that kind of food in punjab almost every day. Saag/green curry on top left and makki ki roti is a winter food and that yellow thing on bottom left is ras Malai and that's a desert , Other is rice and chickpeas ki sabhji , centre one is daal. and saag and makki ki roti have lot of iron u can also eat it with nimbu/Lemon pickle. This whole plate is full of nutrition and healthy.
