What technique do you use to play the snare on those fast blast beats? the finger or wrist technique? or another technique?

I use the push pull technique, or at least my variation of it. My style involves combining the fingers, wrist, and upper arm. If you want me to explain it more shoot me an email or hit me up on Instagram I have them in the description!
