    buildings made from bamboo and corrugated iron are cheap, fast and leopard safe - then all you need are some solar panels for internet
    (when every living cell holds an ocean within water wants to flow slow - beginning with the creeks at the very top)

      Mr. Maine, you rise a good question as you come from the region you should know the answer however greed, theft, tribalism and mismanagement are the reason why we haven’t prospered. The very cellphone you are using most and important components to build it come from Africa and yet most African Nations are still poor.
