Past Due: A Title IX Day of Action

Last December, we joined student advocates outside the White House to tell President Biden that students can’t wait any longer for a new Title IX - one that protects ALL students.
With only one Title IX rule headed to OIRA, we need to keep fighting for ALL of it to be finalized. Survivors are hurting. LGBTQIA+ students are hurting. Pregnant and parenting students are hurting. Trans, non-binary, and intersex student athletes are hurting. It's time to move forward with the WHOLE rule - not just part of it.
It's crucial to finalize all of the updated Title IX rules that include protections for trans athletes.
