I don't think so. It has a higher field of view compared to most other servers though. That may be why it looks like the game has a higher movement speed.
Yes, values between 65 and 80 are allowed on PC. Enable command console from in-game settings and open it by pressing the key below ESC on your keyboard. FOV can be changed to 80 with the command /cg_fov 80.
Do you have the steam version? If yes, the online multiplayer in that version is not working properly. More specifically, the online profile creation has not worked since 2021. Currently, the only workaround is the plutonium t4 mod. This mod uses its own forum accounts to create an online profile for the game.
This particular PDG#1 server has matches like this almost every day. Unfortunately, the steam version is a bit broken and most likely any online features don't work for new accounts. Older disc versions still work so if you can find it new or pre-owned somewhere, I'd suggest buying that instead.

The limit has been removed on that version. #2 Edit the cg_fov value over the limit with a hex editor. Here's how to edit the value on multiplayer with a hex editor: -Make a backup of the CoDWaWmp.exe in case something goes wrong -Open CoDWaWmp.exe with a hex editor (for example HxD) -On the left you can see 8 character addresses and next to them a bunch of hexadecimal bytes. Look at the address column and scroll down until you can see an address (row) called 004A3240. -On the row 004A3240, you should see the values 82 and 42 next to each other. Those are the values that modify the field of view. -You first need to convert the desired field of view to a hexadecimal value. I will list some of those below but you can convert it yourself using this converter. www.h-schmidt.net/FloatConverter/IEEE754.html Some example fov values. Replace the previously found 82 42 with these values: Fov 85 -> AA 42 Fov 90 -> B4 42 Fov 95 -> BE 42 Fov 100 -> C8 42 Fov 110 -> DC 42 Then save the changes and launch the game. Your fov should now be higher. I don't know if this works with the steam version, I only have the DVD version and it works over there. EDIT: I typed the address wrong in the comment at first, it is now fixed.
