- ➡️ Today I take my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 out for some test footage and audio in a variety of different and challenging conditions. It's important to see how a new camera performs in all conditions, so I headed to downtown Vancouver BC to test out my new Pocket 3. I shot this between 11am and 1pm so we had blazing new sun, dark shadows, a ton of contrast, and some challenging audio environments as well.

➡️ Overall I'm really impressed with the new DJI Osmo Pocket 3. The stabilization of the gimbal is remarkable (though you do have to understand the tool to get the best results), the audio is remarkably clean for being the built in mic in a loud downtown on a very windy day, and the image is overall very pleasing to the eye. It could use some improvement in the dynamic range department, but the 1" sensor gives some nice bokeh and the close focus abilities are admirable.
➡️ As my goal is to test the device and compare it to other cameras I use, I applied a bit of saturation, colour correction, and stabilization to get everything looking as good as I could - like I would with any other footage I shoot. All of this was shot in the standard/default colour profile, with all audio coming from the onboard 3 mic array.

Nice but I would turn the sharpness down in settings as it’s causing flickering on lines and trees. I also would maybe turn down exposure as well. I’ve seen these two factors mentioned in other reviews. Thanks for sharing as I’m still considering buying one.

@sneakypetesproductreviews I think it looks great as is. I never saw any flickering. I saw the lights in the trees flickering but that wasn't from high sharpness. Excellent video!👍
