Hi great video , its been 9mo what's the update?. Also maybe backtrack a little. 1- How much was the land ? 2-how did you know it was good for building? Who ended up doing the foundation?

Not to be in your business completely but I saw you guys said y’all saved 200-300k how much is the build actually gonna cost y’all vs what y’all were looking at with the contractor and a construction loan from a bank
We welcome the questions. Building our home is costing us 350k right now. When we priced this same build out with a contractor they wanted a about 625k.
@@mygreenerpasture man that’s great I’m looking to do the same and contractors have told me 100 a sq ft so on a 4500 sq ft home you know 450k but if I can cut out 2 or 300k and do the work myself it’s worth the wait
