I remember it was in 2021 on 19th May I was admitted at Leavy Mwanawasa General Hospital here in Zambia, I had a leakage with my largical intestines that led me to receive an operation. I have to stay strong for my son but sometimes negative thoughts and overthinking are taking over me increasing my anxiety. My only refuge is the Lord and his promises. Having survived intubate ventilation, double covid19 pneumonia, covid19 triggered afib and 200 volt shocks, this now brings tears to my eyes. Don't know why I survived when so many others didn't. I am in the hospital since my son is sick. I silently battling my anxiety due to the situation. I have to stay strong for my son but sometimes negative thoughts and overthinking are taking over me increasing my anxiety. My only refuge is the Lord and his promises. Whenever anxiety attacks, I praise and worship the Lord. I constantly and fervently pray to God for mercy and grace.

When I was dying from covid19 in the hospital ICU, this was one of the songs that kept me going. After last rites and saying goodbye to my family, I attempted to sing this, but only managed whispers. Having survived intubate ventilation, double covid19 pneumonia, covid19 triggered afib and 200 volt shocks, this now brings tears to my eyes. Don't know why I survived when so many others didn't.
