- In today's vlog we head to Disney's Riviera Resort for our special weekend staycation before baby! This weekend is all about Jackson and letting him pick all the fun things we do! Tonight we start with dinner at Toppolino's Terrace, we've never eaten here before and we were hoping to get a breakfast reservation but we couldn't unfortunately, so we tried it out for dinner, which was so good! We checked out the lawn at the resort which is full of fun games and we saw an awesome sunset! Then we show you our one bedroom preferred view room before heading to bed to get ready for our super fun day tomorrow! We hope you had fun hanging out with us at the Riviera today! LONG time fan! @Tim - I must apologize for my husband's enthusiasm when you walked by. I was checking in to see if there was seating available in the lounge and he knows what a fan I am. He did his best to get both mine and your attention so I can look over and say "Oh! How are you?!" We are parents to three boys (all in college now) from Michigan and enjoy the content you guys make! PS We also ordered the Gnocchi and Escargot, but the highlight of our night was seeing you guys :)

My family and I got the DVC stuff and our home resort is the Rivera. We stayed there last year, it was so amazing. We could ride the skyliner to the parks and the buses, we didn’t have to drive to any park at all which was very nice. And we could see the Epcot fireworks from our room. Such an amazing resort.

FYI: Topolino means Little Mouse in Italian…..their name for Mickey Mouse😊
That is such a great easter egg for those of us who don't know Italian, lol ... goes to show there can be Hidden Mickeys everywhere! 😄
The hardest thing when having my second baby was helping 3 get used to not being the only one anymore. Not gonna lie, the baby was a breeze, it’s amazing how taking care of a baby comes back to you, but wasn’t so easy for my oldest. It was a rocky first 7 months for 3 and me after the baby was here, but now it’s great! Adjusting from being an only child is rough on them, plus being 3, learning about their emotions is a lot on top of it. But their sibling bond is so much fun to watch it makes those tough moments worthwhile. So it’s great you guys are getting these last one on one moments for Jackson before the baby! It’s a different world soon but a great one!
Jackson is such a Big Boy and he is an Amazing BIG BROTHER. He is doing good in school. Can't believe he will b 4 soon. He shares a BIRTHDAY with My Son
The last time I had the sole it was a brown butter and lemon and it was amazing! So much so, I have cooked it three or four times trying to nail it. I'm close!

I love the Riviera it is a beautiful resort. Breakfast at the place on the corner there has the most amazing French toast!
I got so excited when I noted the welcome note card on the bed by the mickey. I have missed getting and collecting them through the years of our WDW stays.
For my birthday dinner last month, I had the Rigatoni at Topolino's. (The same one seen on the menu in this video.)
I cannot emphasize enough how delicious it was. Legitimately the best pasta meal I've ever tasted.
By far my favorite dinner at WDW, The food plus the terrace for firework was my favorite dinner

I’m over from UK as went to Springsteen concert on Orlando on Sunday ❤️🎸🎷 Was literally at the Riviera earlier !!!! Went on the Skyliner to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, as hadn’t opened when I was last here. Took a photo of the Mosaic of Big Ben with Peter Pan group above in the sky…. Was so beautiful 🥰
Another nice stay, Suggestion 12 more days to hit my birth day Feb 19 and suggest call your new arrival Percy so you have Percy Jackson in the house. 😇

EPI is the baguette … This pull apart bread was made to mimic the appearance of the wheat stalk or “epi” in French. The baguette is cut with scissors into ‘teardrops’ before baking. You can see the baguette tears in the plate.

We had a “big sister” day with our daughter right before our son was born and she still remembers this 11 years ago now. So special! After toenail is born you should do “special buddy time” when the baby goes to bed. My daughter again says she feels that was her happiness moments with our son being born!
I did the same for my oldest son, with the special time for after the baby went to bed. I'd dedicate at least 30min each night to unwinding with him, even before he had to take his bath (he was 3 1/2 at the time), and just like your daughter, my son loved that special time and remembers it - he's 14 now! They fight like brothers are supposed to, but neither believes they're more loved than the other... no jealousy (too much)... I tell them they frustrate me equally, haha.
Dinner looks so good made me hungry.
That wall bed was giving horror movie special effects noises as it went up and down. I had to check and make sure I didn't have another tab open.

I love watching all your stays at the Deluxe and DVC resorts, but would also love to see you show some Moderate or Value resorts. There are lots of other great places to stay that are more affordable to most.

I had a feeling this is where y’all were gonna stay! I loveeee the Riviera! We stayed there on our last vacation to Disney in 2021. We are supposed to go back and stay there again this June! We didn’t eat at toppolinos last time so definitely will be eating there when we go back.. it looks so good!
