I just watched this today ... it looks like it is at least ten years old. I loved it and it touched me. Bless you every step of the way and continue to shine.
I have always loved Tricia Yearwood. Such a great voice and sweet personality. I saw Tricia and Kelly Clarkson sing a duet on Kelly's talk show during the pandemic. They were not in the same room, but it sounded like they were. Their voices blended beautifully, their harmonies were out of this world! I would love for them to do an album together.
This is pure and beautiful. Family, friends, hometown and character stayed in her wheelhouse, and in her heart, to clearly form such a solid foundation for her enviable and deserving success. Trisha has always been one of my favorite entertainers and vocalists. This special magnifies my admiration big time. More people should see this. They would love it, as I did.
Amen....Trisha yearwood is a gift sent from above....she is true to her roots...she reminds me of why my husband is whom he is...being from a small town himself....
Im close to trishas age. I love her music and from East Tennessee. My favorite is Georgia Rain I simply love this song. Thank you Trisha for the beautiful music.
I grew up on a farm in western Illinois, and I am the same age as Trisha. I went to college, traveled the world, but I never lost my "roots," just like Trisha. I'm not even a big country fan whatsoever. I just admire her. I love her so much.
I met her in Monticello when she did her concert at her school. I was 15. My mother worked for the G.B.I. and was her security. She hugged me, gave me her autograph and made my day. I was also a young singer and moved to Nashville 2 years laterand wound up being Loretta Lynns daughter Peggys next door neighbor. (I miss her- she was so cool) Im from Barnesville Ga, went to school some in Forsyth and now live in Macon- I recognize everyrhing here ! ❤❤ #downhomehunnies
Her voice is not only strong and always just right, but its so pretty to listen too...she doesn't growl or try to sound like anyone else, she's just herself.
I am only called Trisha when my sister thinks I am being irrelevant.....otherwise I am Trish.....since I lost my parents, after taking care of them for 25 years, I realize that my real talent was ......hmm.....just trying to be nice,......would be nice to know that’s enough....however, knowing that my knowledge of film and books has led me to a fabulous bookstore where I get to talk to others who love books and culture....woof! ...awesome....I adore sharing my name with Trisha!!🙂🎶
My dad was very disappointed as she (or they) skipped right over her years at YHC when Trishia, Tony Perkins & my dad (Jeff Hilliard) used to pick & sing at El Joes Cabins by the pool like it was nothing.
I do wish I'd had an upbringing like hers. I come from a broken family and confidence was NOT a quality that was present with several of my family members and so I wasn't taught that I could make my dreams come true. I really respect and like Trisha. She's one of the FEW clean celebrities. In fact, I really don't think the word celebrity fits her, its gained such a raunchy reputation from the narcissist celebs over the years, especially recently. No, I should have said singer, cause that is really what she is. A successful singer! :-) I would love to visit a town like Monticello....
Kristy Barker well this was about her childhood, and her and Garth just got engaged at this point. This was titled “homecoming” and was all about Monticello. That’s mainly why Garth isn’t in this.
Monticello or Jasper county, GA...full of "southern hospitality" as long as you weren't a visiting person of color. THEN, it was "what you doing up here, boy?!"--as I learned QUICKLY when living in Georgia.
I moved there in 1978. My husband was born there. I was never treated with Southern Hospitality. I was a stranger from North Carolina. I was a white young 18 year old. I only lived there 6 months.
Judge not lest ye be judged. What happened in her marriages is between her, her spouse(s) and the Lord. It's very well known that her second husband became addicted to drugs. Don't pass judgment.

What an amazing childhood Trisha had. I’m glad she pursued her singing dream. She is my favorite female singer.

What happens when you give a child great support. Amazing! And not just from the family but the whole town
Her sister has an awesome voice too!
A true small town girl that kept her values when she could have turned away from them
How do you find their proposal in 2005

Her dad sounds so much like Shelby Foote. I could listen to him tell story after story...... Wonderful voice.

Gotta love her ❤️
Where was Garth?
Kristy Barker well this was about her childhood, and her and Garth just got engaged at this point. This was titled “homecoming” and was all about Monticello. That’s mainly why Garth isn’t in this.
Beautiful lady 🌹
Was she married to Garth Brooks here ?
She was engaged at this point, it was recorded a few months before her wedding.
Quand tout fout le camp..la country nous apaise..
I would like a dipped cone :)
Haven't had a dipped cone in eons. I thought they faded from menus long ago but maybe Warren Buffet insisted DQ keep on selling them.

Sounds like a nice place to live

You mean they accept you after what you did to your cheating man's family. My family would NEVER. accept you back into the fold. CHEATER..
I don’t think she is missing out much from you guys
It's kinda funny that she's a Christian and she married and divorced so many times, very backward.
Shut UP! Don't be UGLY!!
You know in the movie Johnny & June, when the judgemental old lady condemned June for getting a divorce. That old bitch lady is you. Be very proud.
There is always one in the crowd......just saying!
Judge not lest ye be judged. What happened in her marriages is between her, her spouse(s) and the Lord. It's very well known that her second husband became addicted to drugs. Don't pass judgment.
I am a Christian and ended up divorced...Christians aren't perfect...we make big mistakes too.
She not a good musician at all husband not
