I like this "Debate Bro" characterizations. I agree that there needs to be more scholarly production instead of pontification.
And we have some gifted brothers and sisters that have the skill set needed. By the way there are plenty not so young folk engaging in DebateBro!
There are plenty of books by African-American scholars. I guarantee you we have more books by African-American scholars in America than he has in whatever country he's from.
We have plenty of young people doing multiple things.
Inventing, no other young group of people on more business than young African-Americans. Fashion, art.
The real question is why haven't our older people went out and found these young people to put them on a plateau.
It's not the youth that destroyed the black community everyone that destroyed the black community is your age and Jesse Jackson age.

The only advice you can get from these older guys is go to school and go to work.

Nonsense!!! Encouraging young brothers and sisters to take their talents and zeal and parlay it into actions that benefit our people is hardly scapegoating them. What I do find troubling is YOUR obvious attempt at scapegoating 'baby boomers.' This is precisely the kind of slice and dice divisiveness that sets us back.

How could the black boomers help the black generation when they was doing the exact same thing? Everyone knows talent outweighs working. Everybody you idolize in America none of them have a job all of them have talents. Beyonce, Floyd Mayweather and Kanye West. That's about 10 billion dollars off of talent. You can't name me 12 Niggaz with a job that even come close. Who was the black baby boomers the integrated us into white society. The worst decision ever made for black people. The problem with people your age is there always talking about young people but don't even have any opportunity to offer them. The only thing you can offer them is a job at your job. If five teenagers came to you right now and ask you for a job. I doubt if you could hire them. I doubt if you can tell them come into my business at 8:00 tomorrow and I have a position for you. If a job pay you only enough to survive in you raising a whole bunch of kids that only make enough to survive. This is why young people my age and young good don't respect the older people. Because you're scary. It ain't nothing in this world that you willing to die for or kill for. Including members of your family. Don't want to risk your job. It was your generation that sold their grandparents land so they can move to the suburbs and get a job. Selling off things that was already paid for it to buy things that you have to pay on. People like you brag about their kids having jobs in corporate America and making good grades. That's no different than a slave bragging about their kid pleasing a white man. You supposed to educate your kids to keep your family businesses going. Not to keep someone else's business is going.
