    can't seem to find the implicit_tran in recent versions of sp_whoisactive, searched the code too and not there, is it only available when transactions are implicit?

      You should download a new version: github.com/amachanic/sp_whoisactive/blob/master/sp_WhoIsActive.sql#L62
