The former male legislator's comment is an outright insult to the pink party supporters for he has underestimated their thinking ability that they could easily be fooled by his so-called "optics." The pink party supporters are predominantly the thinking public who would never be swayed by the "looks of things." Most of them are intellectuals who could discern professionalism and courtesy as the reasons behind such accommodation, traits that define the former second in command.
Under no circumstance would the former second in command endorse or collude with her successor. She has always been a staunch opponent of corruption and would never support a candidate whose bread and butter is corruption.
