I love how debra does that. Discourages solving a problem because she thinks its gonna solve itself. Just because she thinks it should. All while being predictably elitist about her pseudo environmentalism. “Im a puuuurrrrrist”

Imagine these buildings in the recent storm. They'd be airborne in seconds. Sure they visually look appealing they're still flimsy plastic, I'd worry about even leaning against a wall made from this. That's before you even consider the price which is very high for a material that companies will happily give away for free.
Hi there, thanks for your comment. 1. The product is heated up in an extrusion machine to create our tough 'L-profiles' these are then put together and held with brackets. They are not flimsy and in fact, have load-bearing capabilities of 5.4 tonnes, so we're confident that if you are to lean against a wall, it will not fall or bend in any way. 2. In terms of a storm, our buildings sit on heavy-duty ground screws coming in a variety of lengths depending on the ground conditions so the building will not move. 3. The price is actually very competitive for a premium construction product and given the fact, there is also a fabrication and assembly process to it. Additionally, we are the world's first and only to offer this product and this is backed by several of our patents. We'd love for you to get a better understanding of our product by watching a short demo under the name 'live build-along', we have uploaded this video on our channel.
@@ogelworld much heavier also solidly secured structures blow away in tornados. These don't stand a chance based on mass alone. Load bearing has no relevance.
Juan Bobby: Well, I thought the whole idea was quite, quite ridiculous !! One push and it's on the floor! A strong wind and it's flattened!! It's Polystyrene for gosh sake !! A full solidly built conservatory would be less money - between £8k and £13k depending on size. I think this would be a wonderful dolls house for kids though 🏚
We're doing great! We just finished our first crowdfunding round, granted our US Patent and now we're taking our product to market. So watch this space!

Would you rather have double skin brick and mortar plus insulation @ £180/sqm or 2cm polystyrene,no insulation, flimsy as fuck for £140/sqm ? Id rather have single skin brick and mortar at under £90/sqm.Two dragons became fools today.
Our material, PS is thermoplastic which means it is flammable but less so than wood. Its flammability is negated substantially by the application of an intumescent (fire retardant) coating.

Was the sound for this clip 80% recycled?
Haha, that's a good one! However, since filming with the Dragons' we've developed our product to be 100% recycled :)

Yes, She’s great but bring back James!
Tej does think for himself actually. He many times put an offer when other Dragons backed out.

i live in the US, those waste materials aren't going anywhere any time soon like Debra and peter suggests....
You're spot on! We aren't fazed there. We were also granted our US patent, so we'll see you soon!
Very interesting video could build a shed with it but how cheap is it for 8/6 shed
thanks sarah
I would love to have these!!

So did the deal go through in the end?
12k for that small unit is just a wee bit high. Great idea, hope the price can be better.
