These are the most useful tips I have ever come across! Most people would recommend that I should start reading the questions first and use skimming and scanning strategies for reading. I had so much trouble doing that within the limited time frame. Thank you so much!
For the first time i got 38 in reading(Test 1, Cambridge 18) because of reading paragraph first. Thanks for this great advise, i'll always be grateful to you. Thanks!!!
Hey, thanks. U R the best I came across, the only thing, I think I found ur videos to late😢😢. My test is this coming week. Once again thank you!!! PS. will try & apply some of the tips u mentioned. Or one more thing I think the reason you're so great is because you are not selling your service, so when u give information its not from the angle of hooking customers but shearing ur knowledge... thanks!!!
@@LarRyan Yes, I go back where I lost the track and I start reading the text from there. The "slash" technic is a good idea too. I didn't use it yet but I'll give it a try. let's see. Thank you.
Peace sir Great , peerless review My main surprise sir, is how should I postpone time- based training till becoming familiar with the exam setting and have improved my level .
Sir there's question and sentence list in box we have to match the question &sentence- IELTS ACADEMIC Reading. ( Match the sentence endings) Pl help with this.
Hi Noor. Unfortunately, free reading tests aren't suitable because the only reliable ones are published by Cambridge. That means that you'll need to buy a Cambridge IELTS book. Is there anything else that I can help you with?
I tried this technique today, reading the first paragraph first, and it didn't work for me. I think I have to combine this technique with reading first or second question and then start to read first paragraph because now my mind knows what I have to searching for, or paying attention to it. I'll update my comment.
@@LarRyan Yes, I can. Sometimes a paragraph is extremely large and 3.4 questions are related to this paragraph. When I want to solve the questions I forget where was answers, and then I have to read the paragraph again.
@@manjeetsingh2703 I'm very sorry to hear that it has affected you so badly. Unfortunately, I don't have the training or knowledge to provide you with the type of support you need. I strongly suggest that you forget about the IELTS test for now and seek professional help with your mental health.

@@kamaljitkaur2627 What was surprising about them?
@@LarRyan earlier i use skimming and scanning menthos
@@kamaljitkaur2627 Those methods are pretty complicated and very different from the way we usually read.

If you only have one week, focus on fluency and task response.
I have services too. I just don't push them.
I'll try this approach.
Thank you.
You're very welcome.
Great
I thought it is only me that loss concentration. I need to get back in the text where I was reading but I was thinking something else.

You just need to take as much time as you need for each section. Don't worry about how long it takes you. Is that what you're asking me about?
omg, I'm really struggling with matching sentence.
mostly when there are many options any advice
It's probably a vocabulary issue that you're experiencing.
I actually have cambridge 1-4, do you think it would be a good idea to practice from them? i can try others later, i just don't want to waste them😅
As long as you do the others afterwards, it shouldn't be any harm.

You're very welcome, Noor.
Sir , I wanted to know whether the length of reading passages is fixed or not?
They're always about the same length.
How much time should i spend on each part of the reading test? 15,20,25 or 20 on each? what do you say mr Ryan?
It will vary from test to test. Just make sure you're not rushing yourself or you'll miss some easy answers.
