Leave us at home! Commuting wastes time and money for both parties. Get out of your office leases and move forward. I get nothing done in the office, too many people milling around, noise, more meetings than would happen if remote. They justify office work by having extra un-needed in person meetings.
Delivery driver here, please get these people back in the office, since these white collar workers have been home year around they get in cars and start arguments with drivers all day, they walk dogs more and they don’t clean up behind that mut and these people are insanely rude as hell. I enjoyed not having to deal with these people that much. Besides these people told on themselves they don’t even work more than maybe 2 hours a day

I have been applying for lots of remote jobs but I noticed most of such remote jobs are requiring the employees to be on hybrid status, 3 days office and 2 days remote which is totally different from what they are stating on posted jobs.
The office trend before the pandemic was to shrink cubicles oddly into essentially these desk thingies with no privacy and a shoulder high separation pane, its strange because they want to cram as many people in as ti y a space as possible to save on money while bieng able to micromanage !
