Tina, 'Just Me', was a total work of art!!! One of the best works you have worked on and have produced.
just me is one of the stand out recordings that Tina has done that is beautiful songs one after the other . it was a change to what i called a digital/synth sound and it really takes you on a journey. is it wrong to "F- sony" because they know nothing.
This is why so many artists are going with independent labels rather than the big ones so they can release the music they want to
She was speaking about the 'Just Me' record here. How was it flop when during 2001, it was certified Gold both in Australia and France with sales of almost 200K units and was Arena's 3rd Top 10 album in Australia and 'Symphony Of Life' was her 5th Top 10 single. Sony did a mistake there and look at Tina now, 20 years later, she is already a music icon.
Sony are idiots, the record is stunning - every single song!
This is so funny Tina makes me laugh . I love her .
The fired Tina because they wanted “In Deep” part II. Just Me was a solid album, from start to finish.
