Those engines sure are beasts...beasts of break down!
My 2021s had 2 catastrophic failures causing me 4 months,out of 12 , out of the water. Yamaha customer service was horrible so i kept escalating through corporate. I even called Ben Speciales office,the president of yamaha usa, and the vp of yamaha production with zero response. Call customer service and expect absolutely NO support. So for $50k per engine dont expect reliability or product support.. do your homework you'll find the same results...
