This was a nice understanding of the bearing types and there uses shared, we love bearings installing them often in our precision machine spindles. Lance & Patrick.
Well done, sir. Your English is great, pretty easy to follow, and it's clear you've spent the effort on annunciation. At some points in the video, the sound level drops down quite a bit lower than the rest of the video. I'm a little hearing impaired so that could just be me. There is also a typo at the end slide of "filim," which I assume is meant to be "film."
Black Oxide Steel One-Piece Clamp Style Double Wide Shaft Collar Fanovo FWCL Series is a one-piece shaft collar. The clamp style design does not mar the shaft, is easy to remove, and is indefinitely adjustable. It is commonly used for guiding, spacing, stopping, mounting, and component alignment. Equipment manufacturers benefit from the tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity (TIR of ≤ .002"). Perpendicularity is critical for alignment when the shaft collar is used as a load bearing face, mechanical stop, or for mounting components such as gears or bearings. Proprietary processes have been developed by Fanovo to maintain superior fit, finish, and holding power. FWCL is stamped with the Fanovo name and bore size for ease of identification. This double wide shaft collar has 25% higher axial holding power than a round bore of equivalent size. It can also be used as a short rigid coupling for applications where a traditional rigid coupling is too long. Forged screws test beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards to ensure maximum holding power. FWCL is machined from solid bar stock to a fine burr free finish. Fanovo uses 1215 lead-free steel with a proprietary black oxide finish that produces a fine glossy finish while increasing holding power and resisting corrosion. It is RoHS2 and REACH compliant and manufactured in our Zhejiang,China under strict controls using proprietary processes. www.fanovogroup.com/proshow.aspx?Cateid=144&productsid=806
Please, I am from Egypt and have been searching for a long time for a ball bearing or something similar to install it for a handmade body that rotates at a speed of one million revolutions per minute without being subjected to corrosion or something that works with electromagnetism. Please, is it possible for me to find something like this? Thank you very much
sir, plain bearing is 2 types. 1) fully floating 2) semi floating in semi floating type, the bearing is stationary. how this fully floating and semi floating bearing works?
Thank you sir. I followed this lesson very well. I'm looking for episode 2 but I can't find it... I really want to continue with this lesson. Please help
ravi panchal This will depend on types of loads you’re expecting, their magnitude, speed, temperature and space restrictions. For example, Ball bearings (point contact bearings) lower loads and higher speeds, Sphericals and Cylindricals for higher radial loads, Tapers for high radial and axial loads ( combined loads)...
It's amazing how education is for free at our fingertips at our desire. People take it for granted nowadays. Thanks!
@Raylan Zakai It doesn't work at all. It's a scam, don't fall for it.
I have seen more than 11 lectures on this topic bt ur lecture have full mind blowing explanation
Thanks SIR/MAN.
@@sagresgameplay1404 thanks 4 it
@@sagresgameplay1404 :-it can also show explainer's ability what he is saying is pretyy correct, there are very less good videos on this topic!

Speed up to 1.25x... thank me later
Thanks 🙏
Thanks
Thanks you so much you saved me🙏
Thanks
1.5x... thank me later
best lecture i ever seen......keep it up👍👍
Best explanation ever !!! Good Work
Amazing Content and presentation .Thanks
Phenomenal explanation.
Thank you very much sir for your simply superb explanation
Knowledgble informative video
Thank u.. Finally i got an idea about it
Everything is perfect
Thanks a lot sir
Why moving support to the shaft??Why not static one????
Thank you sir.... U made it easy 4 me...😊
Hai sir
Your explanation is ultimate
Thank you from Canada, Bro.
Thank you for this lecture 🙏🏻

I think the sound quality is youtube, that seems to happen with a lot of videos
Thankuuu sir
Excellent - Many thanks !

Thank you. Great information!. So when someone says something is a "sleeve bearing", is that a type of journal bearing?
Yes it’s a plain journal bearing
very good lecture thank you well put
Excellent class
What bearing type offers the lowest level of thrust resistance? I'm working with bearings with a shaft diameter of 3/8".
Good Lecture
You just like those comments who praise u but never clear the doubts asked in comment section
Usually answer as much as possible.
Please comment your questions
I can understand every 3rd word spoken here.

Check SKF manual and try to find something matches with your requirement.
This is educative
Engineering knowledge know how, very good
Typo at 15:01, thin film, not thin filim. Apart from that, great video. Thank you!

Check with channel video list
Which bearing is best for a weathervane?
Can I get a link to your power point ?
Good explanation. Thank u..
Well explained
I’m so glad they unbanned Bearing!
What about sliding bearings like DU, Norglide or igus?
Sliding contact bearing is another name for journal bearing.
How to avoid the shift slip occurred?
Osm,thanks to u
hydrodynamic thrust bearing how it works bro
Great Educational Video, please try to improve the video quality. Thank You
Next time you make sure that your voice will be loud enough
Nice Explanation Thank you !!!
which bearing rotates even a small amount of force is amplied. let say im making a wind turbine toy for a school project..
If it is a prototype for school project, you could buy many plastic bearings online.
Or else 3D print a journal bearing, it will be helpful.
¿No lo tienen en español?
good
You are introducing a bearing with motor which also contains a bearing in it😂😂😂😂
Right
Ball bearing in motors
tq sir
calm music
5 star video
Very good
What about pallet bearings
B20
This we studied in college
It is a very good lecture speaking too softly and it is difficult to understand your accent because of this.
use subtitles..
How can i select bearing ?

video is good but what is it with the accent bro?!
Nice vedio
Audio is not good
have you heard of sleeve bearing
Sounds like hes dying.
this is top tier indian accent
You a malayali? XDXD
It seems like, u r just reading a book...,
Well, we have thin section bearings, you don't use, haha.
the video is informative .......... but whats with that accent
why shaft and journal bearing is offset? Your explanation is not correct not make any videos and waste time
Awaz thik se Nikal pahle
Issue with sound has been solved, check my new videos
good
