I did have chronic asthma and found that finger pressure on a lip relieved asthma symptoms by acupressure. I then went over to breathing with my lips held together. After some time my airway remodeling was cured. I sleep with my mouth closed.

Sorry, i dont understand. Breathing with lips held together? I have recently started having wheezing & allergic asthma. I suffer at night most of the time. And i do have cats which i rescued from the street during this pandemic time. Im just worried if the cats are making me getting sick. I really want to keep those cats and i need a remedy or solution for my prob pls.
Check your vitamin D levels. Both my and my.mother's friend have no asthma since supplementing vitamin D3.

I'm allergic to too many thing to be tested for I never know how I'm going to react to what seems the best thing for me is to work on my resistance naturally
Get a skin test anyways. Its worth it. The test bring a lot of awareness
I have no breathing problems i am suffering from asthma since my childhood..but its cure automatically i played football and then they goes away in the starting i have pain but its cure but i have only a coughing problem are stays can we cure this permanent?
So your asthma went away when you started playing soccer?
@@KikiKiki-bi6nm my asthma became less severe when i started doing sports so i do believe him...but i do get it occasionally when im really sick but not almost every week like i usdd to when i was younger
Have your vitamin d levels checked. If you improve playing football it may because you were outside making vitamin D. My seasonal asthma completely disappeared after supplementing vitamin D. A similar thing happened to my mother's friend.
I am allergic to perfumes and at present I am 83years old is there any cure for Asthma please help
Perfumes and body sprays cause an attack. Unfortunately, my daughter hasnt gotten the memo after years of telling her.
the eas in my highschool said not to use clone alot of teenagers use clone as guys and alot of girl in highschools use perfumes that can cause asthma
