this concert should be called TRIBUTE TO SHAHRUKH KHAN!!!! ALL SHAHRUKH'S SONGS ALL THE SINGERS.. I WAS ABOUT TO BUY A TICKET FOR THEIR UPCOMING CONCERT IN DECEMBER BUT NOT NOW!! I DONT WANT TO GO AND LISTEN TO THE SONGS THEY SUNG ONLY FOR SHAHRUKH! NO THANKS!!
I went to the Birmingham UK concert with alka udit and kumar. Sorry to say but it was bakhvas at times. Udit sang the entire tipa tipa barsa paani song which in my opinion isn't really a fantastic golden hit but then alka comes along on her own later and sang the entire same song again. Such time waste. At the end of the show all 3 came on stage and you'd think they would smash it but they were very badly improvising that it was so much trash and spoiled the end. I understand these singers possibly don't come to UK on the same flight but with the amount of money people spend to see them you'd think they'd already have an inkling what they'll sing all together. The same happened with kumar abhi udit in Birmingham in Dec 23. We waited 5 mins at the end for udit to come on stage to join the other 2. You'd think at least sing a song to fill the gap instead of public just watching silence but we waited 5 mins and then they sang trash again. They sang pardesi over each other with different lyrics over each other and they sang the same bandhan do twice again with no medley at all. They didn't even realise they sang it once so they sang it again. I have a lot of respect for these singers but if you want to watch a proper concert then go to sonu nigams. He has a full almost 25 piece orchestra . Not all this playing tabla etc from a keyboard and doesn't even stop to talk but just sings.
