윙윙!!! 제 단골가게에요 런던에서 거의 유일하게 한국 치킨맛을 그대로 느낄 수 있는 곳입니다ㅠㅠ 좀 충격이었던건 인테리어 벽에 씨X 욕이 대문짝만하게 써있다는....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

교촌치킨의 일본 파트너사인 푸드플래닛은 지난해 9월 교촌치킨 일본 1호점인 롯폰기점을 폐점했다. 교촌치킨을 맛보기 위한 사람이 매번 줄을 섰지만 푸드플래닛의 부실한 재무상태 탓에 비싼 임대료와 관리비를 버티지 못하고 문을 닫았다. 푸드플래닛은 계약 당시 상장폐지를 앞두고 있을 만큼 재무상태가 좋지 않았다. 여기에 푸드플래닛의 전신인 이디콘트라이브는 외식사업 경험이 전무한 음반업체였다.
업계 전문가는 “MF의 경우 무엇보다 성실한 현지 파트너를 찾는 것이 중요한데 교촌치킨은 그러지 못했다”며 “결국, 성급한 해외사업 확장이 발목을 잡고 있다”고 설명했다.

I tried this today, the one in Russell Square. I love the soy garlic wings. Nice strong flavour and crispy. Also had the liquorice prawn and calamari and a ginger beer slush. Loved the experience. Will definitely go back again

Aaaaaaaa!! I ate here the other day, it was amAAAAZING
제가 어릴때 부모님께서 치킨집을 운영하셨어요. 모두가 궁금해하는 느끼하지 않으면서 바삭한 치킨의 비법은 다름 아니라 닭의 크기가 작아서 가능한거에요. 그리고 크키가 좀 두꺼우면 보이지 않게 칼집을 넣어서 주고 조금 더 작게 잘라서 튀기죠. 그리고 온도 차이를 둬서 2번 튀겨요~ 애벌로 속까지 튀겨 주고 센 불로 한번 더 튀겨 주고 필요하면 3번까지도 튀기면 바삭한 식감 잘 살릴 수 있어요. 튀김 음식이 기름지고 느끼한 경우는 낮은 온도에서 오래 튀기면 음식이 기름을 스펀지처럼 흡수해서 그런거에요.
