I have a question is it more worth it to replace crusher or titans with fail not

I only like going failnot on Chiron if I need to cooldown. I like crusher with titans bane for the additional tick damage.
In the actual stream I did mention that I wanted to go failnot where crusher was but it was already too late and we were so far ahead where it didn’t necessarily make a difference.
