Is Handwashing Required? 🤔 | What makes it optional?

We travel often and one of the most conmon offenses we see, especially at the airport, is people NOT washing their hands! Is it because they’re in a rush? Or are they just plain nasty! We think skipping the handwashing station at the bathroom is disgusting for any reason, especially in a high traffic area like the airport.
