oh wow. something about this game used to feel so ominous to me as a kid. and there were parts that frustrated me to absolutely no end!! but watching this i realize i got farther than i thought. i never got to see the secret levels tho. thank you for uploading this :)
True! I had this as a kid and there was something about this game that felt scary and dark. I could only play it for minutes at a time because of the dark ambiance + the difficulty.
One of those games. I loathed it on my first playthrough (mainly because of the control) and never gave it much thought after beating it casually. As of recently though, I gave it a few more playthroughs and I started to enjoy it. Control is so difficult to master that getting every collectable as well as fighting enemies all of a sudden became such a rewarding experience.
how sad is this? It wasn't until AFTER I lost this game, I learned the password for Red chemical X cheat. It's cherries. For the other games, it's candy apple and rubies
Is anyone else still mad that the instruction booklet mentioned and showed pictures of secret valuables that were different to the coins , rings and bars you'd find, but they never showed up in the game?
I played the Buttercup game and boy, was it hard. I made a comic about the game over. I don't know where it is. It has good music and level design. I love and hate the flying mecanic (for the physic and bad control). I never understand thoses deadly pit.
Woooooooow. Gameboy Color Games DID NOT age well... Grant it, I never played this game, only PPG game I played was the one for the GBA where you fight HIM but still.
It's an example of a game done both bad and right. The concept isn't bad, but the design of the game is awful and the gameplay is very, very clumsy. I speak from experience, since I own this.
I think reviews of this game are kinda harsh. Sure it’s a poorly made game, but it’s nowhere near as bad as ET (Atari 2600), Superman 64, or Sonic 06 like reviewers say it is
I had 0 shame swiping this cartridge from my sister's gbc collection as a kid. Underrated platform series

Thanks for the awesome comment, glad I could take you back the past. Thanks for watching as well! :D

Ah yes, it's always fun in a game when a small puddle of water is instant death while molten lava only mildly hurts you.
LOL, truly the most fun you can have.
@@LongplayUniverse They have the most awesome superpower in the world. Drowning.
Ah yes, I love drinking ✨lava✨
Cool bro 👍💖
I feel these three GBC games of the Powerpuff Girls, if they could have a remake could have more balanced controls.
That's the main problem with this one (I will play the others soon) so I agree. Thanks for watching and commenting! :D
I do like Powerpuff girls. Sadly, I never played the gbc games because I never had a Game Boy Color.
I don't think you missed out much tbh. Thanks for watching and commenting! :D
Longplay Universe Also are you gonna play the other 2 gbc games? (Paint the Townsville Green and Battle Him?)
Game boy color games can be played on a gameboy advance and gameboy advance SP game system also.

Dang, really? What did they show?
The powerpuff girls are good memories when i was 6 years old
I don't remember what I liked to watch when I was 6 years old tbh, maybe reboot lol. Thanks for watching and commenting! :D
@@LongplayUniverse 👍🏻
I’m stuck at 99% on the first level :( is it possible that after Mojo there’s some items you can’t get again?

The controls are definitely the hardest thing to tolerate about this game! Thanks for checking out the vid and commenting!
@Longplay Universe can you tell me where all the items are for Townsville street I’ve been stuck on that one darn level :(
I added chapters so you should be able to find what you're looking for at 28:07.

Awesome. Thanks for watching and commenting! :D
@@LongplayUniverse You’re welcome!
