She Was scared of everything law did though since he broke both her arm and ribs with Shock Wille, she got up right after the Punk Crash and instead of healing herself she made homies and then boosted her strength. I don’t think that’s a fair comparison at all. They’re ranking the supernovas. So the fact that Law and Killer are able to hurt a Yonko is completely relevant in this debate. I agree with Larry’s list here because it’s less dependent on speculation compared with Seb who ranked Kidd 3rd because he’s supposed to be Luffy’s rival. Based on manga logic, Seb would be right to make that assumption but in One Piece right now there is no evidence to suggest that Kidd is more powerful that either Law or Killer. The ranking of 1) Luffy 2) Zoro is I think indisputable at this point so there’s no need to talk about them. The only people we should focus on are 3) Law 4) Killer and 5) Kidd and which order they are supposed to be in. Personally I think Law > Killer > Kidd but we haven’t seen enough of Killer and Kidd to make a definitive statement either way. So we’re forced to speculate. The fact that Kidd is the captain makes it somewhat implausible for Killer > Kidd. But does that make it impossible? I don’t think so.

Kid slander really is insane. I put it like like: There are different types of fighters that bring different valuable qualities to a fight. Brawlers/Sluggers, Utility, All Rounders, Mixers, Support, etc. Law is undoubtedly under a more utility/support aspect than a Brawler one like Luffy. Kid is kind of the same where he's more utility/support. Law, arguably the best support in the game on a near-yonko level, needed the support of Kidd to win the fight against big mom. He was doin damage to Big Mom, sure, but there was no way he was going to output enough damage to put her down, and he knew this. His typical utility type abilities also wasnt really putting him over the top to beat her. It took both of them using their abilities to ultimately put her down (literally) with Law setting up the hole to hell, and Kidd sending her on her way. Law couldn't have done that. Law, someone who is willing to ask for help when needed, but only when needed, asked Kidd to ultimately deliver the finishing blow, did he not? So although Kidd doesnt have a singular attack to "Harm" a Yonko, he definitely an ability to overpower one.

For me as far as we have seen, killer has put out better feats. I don't know about the manga but killer blocking a yonko level attack vs kid taking one to the face and getting up is a better feat in my opinion. Obviously kid is stronger though cause he is the captain. All that being said I also think law is stronger because of his fruit and the fact he has the weakest/worst understanding of haki between him, kid, and luffy yet fights at the yonko level anyways tells me that his ceiling is also higher since he was actively improving his understanding of haki before fighting black beard whereas kid hasn't shown any sign of trying to improve.

The reason I have law over Bonney is because Bonney can only be Nika for a short amount of time and need to rest to be able to go back to being SUN GOD NIKA, and needs to believe herself that she can copy the abilities and she’s still a kid, and only have armament haki right now, and no observation haki, and Law can use that as an advantage to either use ope ope no mi kroon abilities, takt, or just take her heart out and just kill her! So Kidd cannot beat her because she has armament hake and can copy abilities by using her devil fruit and believe herself to be able to do it, and it doesn’t have to be Nika, Capone Gang Bege needs to be in the end because he’s the only one who hasn’t had a one on one and won besides Bonney but because her devil fruit can copy Nika or anyone else ability by believing in her self and have armament haki, she can beat Capone, killer, Hawkins, drake, and Kidd

Law (Mastered a powerful DF with great intelect and a good use of Haki) 5. Eustass Kidd (Powerful DF with Awakening but lacks any effective use of Haki or strategic thinking) 6. X Drake (Ancient DF gives him a large boost in both strength and durability, user of all basic Haki plus weapon armament) 7. Killer (Incredibly skilled and unpredictable fighting style that could go toe to toe with Zoro) 8. Uroge (Let's say he has basic Haki, he has considerable feats like defeating a Pacifista Pre-Timeskip and a Sweet Commander) 9. Hawkins (Mainly due to DF hacks). 10. Capone (Great marksmanship, strong DF and killer mentality). 11. Jewelry Bonney (Mainly due to DF hacks). 12. Apoo (Somewhat good DF and basic Armament Haki).
I know I'm super late to this (only started OP last Dec), but I think Law was given way too much credit for "defeating" Big Mom. It was essentially throwing her off stage, or a Ring Out in Soul Calibur terms, lol. Also not so sure about Law's neck piercing attack being used for damage either (we know the actual blade does 0 damage, but the shock obv didn't kill Big Mom either b/c she's still conscious when she reaches the lava). I think the most important effect of that attack was immobilizing her midair long enough so that she had no choice but to fall directly into the lava pit that Law created (on top of the silence room, which also didn't do any damage, to prevent her from commanding her minions to save her). Do we know how much % of Big Mom's health was left right before she reached the lava? Even if the shock was the most damage she had ever taken at once, I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't even drop her below 50%, and I think Law knew damage wasn't actually going to win them the battle. Both he and Kid were never going to whittle her HP down to 0, so that's why each of Law's plans (credit still goes mainly to Law, not Kid, just b/c it involves brains, lol) revolved around a Ring Out as their only win condition. First when he told Kid to trap Zeus and push her off the roof (but he didn't know Prometheus could also go underwater), and second when he created the lava pit, which I guess also counted as a ring out. So ya, I'm pretty sure that was a clear case of matchup, not a show of his might/strength/etc. I'd put him down one rank b/c of that. I don't mind if he's still above Kid, though. Who knows, maybe Urouge actually is stronger than them, I have no clue, lol.

I don’t think that’s a fair comparison at all. They’re ranking the supernovas. So the fact that Law and Killer are able to hurt a Yonko is completely relevant in this debate. I agree with Larry’s list here because it’s less dependent on speculation compared with Seb who ranked Kidd 3rd because he’s supposed to be Luffy’s rival. Based on manga logic, Seb would be right to make that assumption but in One Piece right now there is no evidence to suggest that Kidd is more powerful that either Law or Killer. Everything Seb is arguing is just speculation, it might be proven correct in the future but right now it’s all baseless.

Kidd’s DF, Awakening, Conqerors Haki, durability and overall arsenal to this point makes him hard to beat for most of the Verse. Just not the top tiers lol

The ranking of 1) Luffy 2) Zoro is I think indisputable at this point so there’s no need to talk about them. The only people we should focus on are 3) Law 4) Killer and 5) Kidd and which order they are supposed to be in. Personally I think Law > Killer > Kidd but we haven’t seen enough of Killer and Kidd to make a definitive statement either way. So we’re forced to speculate. The fact that Kidd is the captain makes it somewhat implausible for Killer > Kidd. But does that make it impossible? I don’t think so.

There are different types of fighters that bring different valuable qualities to a fight. Brawlers/Sluggers, Utility, All Rounders, Mixers, Support, etc. Law is undoubtedly under a more utility/support aspect than a Brawler one like Luffy. Kid is kind of the same where he's more utility/support. Law, arguably the best support in the game on a near-yonko level, needed the support of Kidd to win the fight against big mom. He was doin damage to Big Mom, sure, but there was no way he was going to output enough damage to put her down, and he knew this. His typical utility type abilities also wasnt really putting him over the top to beat her. It took both of them using their abilities to ultimately put her down (literally) with Law setting up the hole to hell, and Kidd sending her on her way. Law couldn't have done that. Law, someone who is willing to ask for help when needed, but only when needed, asked Kidd to ultimately deliver the finishing blow, did he not? So although Kidd doesnt have a singular attack to "Harm" a Yonko, he definitely an ability to overpower one.
I could get the kid over law or law over kid or etc arguments but are we all really gonna assume that zoro is top 2.

For me as far as we have seen, killer has put out better feats. I don't know about the manga but killer blocking a yonko level attack vs kid taking one to the face and getting up is a better feat in my opinion. Obviously kid is stronger though cause he is the captain. All that being said I also think law is stronger because of his fruit and the fact he has the weakest/worst understanding of haki between him, kid, and luffy yet fights at the yonko level anyways tells me that his ceiling is also higher since he was actively improving his understanding of haki before fighting black beard whereas kid hasn't shown any sign of trying to improve.
Watching this a year later and saying that kidd lost his arm to a no-name red hair is kind of entertaining when we now know it was the first mate of the red hairs
The thing about capone is that his devilfruit allows him to make a 1v1 into a 1v crew. That's how he fights. He'll never ever be in a 1v1 cause his fruit carries his boys with him.

The reason I have law over Bonney is because Bonney can only be Nika for a short amount of time and need to rest to be able to go back to being SUN GOD NIKA, and needs to believe herself that she can copy the abilities and she’s still a kid, and only have armament haki right now, and no observation haki, and Law can use that as an advantage to either use ope ope no mi kroon abilities, takt, or just take her heart out and just kill her! So Kidd cannot beat her because she has armament hake and can copy abilities by using her devil fruit and believe herself to be able to do it, and it doesn’t have to be Nika, Capone Gang Bege needs to be in the end because he’s the only one who hasn’t had a one on one and won besides Bonney but because her devil fruit can copy Nika or anyone else ability by believing in her self and have armament haki, she can beat Capone, killer, Hawkins, drake, and Kidd

I know I'm super late to this (only started OP last Dec), but I think Law was given way too much credit for "defeating" Big Mom. It was essentially throwing her off stage, or a Ring Out in Soul Calibur terms, lol.
Also not so sure about Law's neck piercing attack being used for damage either (we know the actual blade does 0 damage, but the shock obv didn't kill Big Mom either b/c she's still conscious when she reaches the lava). I think the most important effect of that attack was immobilizing her midair long enough so that she had no choice but to fall directly into the lava pit that Law created (on top of the silence room, which also didn't do any damage, to prevent her from commanding her minions to save her).
Do we know how much % of Big Mom's health was left right before she reached the lava? Even if the shock was the most damage she had ever taken at once, I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't even drop her below 50%, and I think Law knew damage wasn't actually going to win them the battle. Both he and Kid were never going to whittle her HP down to 0, so that's why each of Law's plans (credit still goes mainly to Law, not Kid, just b/c it involves brains, lol) revolved around a Ring Out as their only win condition. First when he told Kid to trap Zeus and push her off the roof (but he didn't know Prometheus could also go underwater), and second when he created the lava pit, which I guess also counted as a ring out.
So ya, I'm pretty sure that was a clear case of matchup, not a show of his might/strength/etc. I'd put him down one rank b/c of that. I don't mind if he's still above Kid, though. Who knows, maybe Urouge actually is stronger than them, I have no clue, lol.
