no, not really. They live on/in us since forever. Some ppl are just more sensitive than others. And things like Ivermectin can kill them but probably not every single one on ur whole body. And tea tree oil might also kill some.

@@StephyGrowsWeed we dont need to kill every single mite, we cant, but it is possible to reduce/control demodex amount. This is possible with tea tree oil or sulfur. but sulfur is harmful to the eyes. So the only option is tea tree oil
