  • On July 22, 2024, the fourth annual Brajmandal Abhishek Yatra passed peacefully through Nuh district, Haryana, a stark contrast to last year's violence and subsequent state repression.
During a press conference, the People's Union for Democratic Rights (PUDR) released a report titled "In the Wake of Nuh: A Report on State Repression." This report delves into the weaponisation of state machinery against Nuh residents following the events of July 31, 2023.

As an AOR who appeared before him regularly, I am very happy to see Justice Lokurs participation in civil society.

Truly an opener presentation and Fact finding Report. much thanks and appreciation to PUDR team for the great work. The Citizens in Hindi states, specially Hindu samaj need to look in to the Antaraatma/ do self analysis of what kind of society they wants their children to live in. So stop consuming the Anti-Muslim poison by RSS BJP, stop watching Godi Media Channels.

Why PUDR is so much silent about atrocities against Hindus in Kashmir, West Bengal, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana ????
Only because there is no such instructions from Islamabad !!!!!!

12:39 he talks about constitutional rights. But what about constitutional responsibilities that should deter a citizen from pelting stones, holding flags of other countries etc ?

      Excellent comment.
Those people are also completely silent about constitutional rights of Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists living in Kashmir, West Bengal, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana.

    यात्रा का विरोध नही किया अभी मेवात वालों ने । लेकिन जब यात्रा के नाम पर मेवात में गुंडागर्दी होने लगी तो उसके नतीजे में यह दंगा हुआ

Rule of law, rules are brutalised and hollowed people are changed, you need a group of young people on the same bench to speak like you, sub above 60 lagrai , to protect the weak and vulnerable. The courts, lawyers, judges, police seems to be keen on making India into a police state with unbridled powers in hands of few. "Soft torture" as you said, strange, torture is extreme pain, wo Jo 20 people in same room are dehumanised citizens of India, if this is happening and is normalise, then democracy, self respect is in Coma.
It is a kind of lawless society.
