Complete tangent, but I just picked up a Emerson EX100 for the last in stock. It would be a cool video to have you go through the Emerson website/catalog and get your opinion on the different variations. The reason I thought was the EX100 is a modified CQC 7 handle, big belly Bowie blade, and a flat handle to blade like the A-100. That’s the case with most Emerson’s it’s the same materials just different configurations, and someone like yourself would have awesome insights!
I don't remember seeing you mention it anywhere, but have you used / do you like the Stretch 2 (straight spine)? It seems like somewhere between the Delica, the PM2... and you can get it in K390. Might be a little big for your hands, but curious what you think of it.
I'm hoping to eventually pick up a strider SNG, is that a knife you would want to check out I'd be more than willing to send it your way when I can pull the trigger on one.
Unrelated but, you are someone who I trust to give me no BS input. Is the sebenza 31 worth 500$? Is it the king of blades? Or is it more a status symbol? I know it's a "good" knife and all, but is it $500 good?
@@ericasedc Maybe, a utility knife that uses replaceable razor blades. You can get one at walmart. Very cheap and light weight and does a great job on cardboard. Saving my good knife
@@davegoodridge8352 the point of my pocket knife is to use it. So I would not be interested in a utility knife. I own them for construction work though!
It also does depend on the company. If it were Chris Reeve S45VN VS Cruwear- I would say Cruwear. If it were Spyderco S45VN VS Spyderco Cruwear : I don’t think I could choose!
Both steels are cardboard shredders and imho back locks are great with gloves. Thanks for sharing 👊
Thanks for watching my brother!
Is that your Thinned out/Reground Native 5? Obviously it’s gonna slice better than a factory Native 5, so only fair comparison would be hand ergos 🤔

If I had the capability of filming such a thing- I so would!
The Stretch 2 in K390 is a great blade. I might have to grab a K390 Delica. I like the VG10 Delica so K390 would probably be even better
I am OBSESSED with K390!
@@ericasedc is there a PM2 in K390? PM2 is my all time favorite Spydie
@@dualsportoutdoors not sure... There is a Para3!
@@ericasedc I can't do the para 3. My big ass hands hate that thing. I had one and it was hot spot hell in my hands
@@dualsportoutdoors Bento Box Shop has a PM2 exclusive in K390 that is in stock as of the day I am posting this.
That waxed canvas jacket is siiiiiick. 🤘😎
Thanks brotha!!!
Almost chopped your tailgate in half be careful there brodie
Tbh, both seem super slicey, I would side with the Rex 45, but maybe I am biased
I am excited to get fresh edges on and see how that changes things! If it does at all!

Too large unfortunately!
Too bad…it’s a great knife!
That K390 cut like hot butter the rex 45 is good but the k390 is better
The draw cuts seemed a bit more efficient with the delica - did you notice that as well?
Definitely noticed that as well!

I had a Strider PT once! Sometimes I miss it. I would check out an SNG!
@@ericasedc good to know
Glad you had a few minutes to do the comparison de-boxing before getting a "dog" call Erica.
How many hours of fetch did you get to do? Later!
We did 3 hours today!!!! Cheers brother!
For me the delica has the win in this battle between knives 😊 love your wax coat !
Thanks my friend!❤
delica also has better ergos. sadly I didn't keep my native 5 due to it doesn't fit my hand (too small and squared off)
Had to double take this comment. Have that same jacket in that same color lol
Erica I appreciate that you use your stuff and I apologize for the trouble I caused the other day by mentioning language It’s not my place Sorry
Hey man! I love ya- for real!!!! No need to apologize my brotha all my love to you!!!!!!

Yes.
Have you ever considered EDCing a utility knife?
Like a razor?

about $1000 in lanyard beads right there
The k390 cutting much finer
CruWear and S45V are almost the same price Do you have a preference
Cruwear because I enjoy the tooth you can hold on it longer! But both are absolutely fantastic
