New subscriber... we're planning a trip to Mendoza later this year, thanks for the tips! We liked Sonoma more than Napa, and did enjoy the Girl and the Fig as well. Sonoma is our second favorite wine region... you need to check out Paso Robles. Red, reds and more reds!!!!

Oh yay! Welcome to the family! How cool you're going to Mendoza. We did so many wine regions this year! We'll add Paso Robles for next year! Reds are totally our thing!

@@TouristtoLocal for one day I'd highly recommend Fratelli Perata, Ecluse and Venteux. Second day would be J Lohr, Glunz and Loma Seca. We've been going for over a decade and tasted at 100+ places... although that means there are 300 places we haven't tasted at yet! From your vid I'm thinking you'd love these 6. Hope you make it, and thanks again for the great Mendoza videos!

@@TouristtoLocal 0:29 well, as your criteria goes, I think you should. It is one of the oldest wine region of CA, one winery is even named after a Bandido😄. Many small winery and a couple of large name like Wente and Concannon. Livermore also has a nice small downtown area for foods and IF you're into comic books... well, they have this one cool corner one, with a great guy to help ya.. Also near by is Pleasanton CA, which has it's great history as well, it's famous for their small town feel, especially with their downtown area. The good thing is you can visit both and both cities offer a lot of history and good food. Thanks for replying👍

Sonoma makes wine, Napa makes auto parts.

The girl and the fig is not dog friendly, even service animals.
