Done on request and mission here is pretty much simple. Playing as Strider as much as possible while creating it really, really strong without the pointless level up where you play everything but the class you want just because you think numbers matter.

I'm doing a playthrough (maybe my final playthrough) and doing every quest and side board quests. It's a high level character, should reach level 200 by the end. I'm at the point to kill Grigori, is there any major differences to doing BBI before or after killing Grogori?

Yes, there is. If you do main game after BBI you're more or less overleveled for it.
Thing is that what you should do first depends on what you plan on doing. If plan is on leveling up quickly or obtaining better gear, go BBI... otherwise, go Gransys

hey , got a question... what you think about MA ? is it as good as strider damage wise? or is strider better?

Depends, for me it is one of most boring classes. Everything is autoaimed or requires no real skill and gets boring pretty quickly. MA is one of those classes that is immensely powerful for beginner, but you simply can't progress further due to simple skills. Whole power exaggeration comes even more in play because of rebalancer, people only talk about damage and forget 20sec being wasted on buffing which can't be buffed further with periapts as 1 rebalancer counts as as using one.
Strider on the other hand is different. If you don't know what you're doing, it is weak as hell. But, you get stronger and more efficient with knowledge. Once you reach certain point Strider is one of most powerful classes with one really good point... it is the only class that doesn't have subperforming enemy. Every other class has some enemy that is just pure nightmare. Like Sorcerer and Wyrn or Goblin shamans or MA and dragonkin... Strider can just take on anything with efficiency
Don't know if you watched this one ruclips.net/video/i9kAQaVPuzQ/видео.html . This one sohuld answer your question really well
