Only after Ginga S has started that his power level has been balanced and most of his move is severely nerfed for the sake of Ginga Strium and having Victory as his equal.. so don't let this fight confuse you.

Guys Noa beat Zagi insanely easily, beating Zagi doesnt put Ginga on level with Noa as clearly Ginga struggled more and Noa didnt break a sweat. Ginga is even now one of the most powerful Ultras behind the Legendary Ultras (Noa, Legend, King) and slightly behind Zero. It's alternate Dark Zagi.. but his power is as strong as the one in Nexus. The reason why Ginga able to defeat him is because Ginga power level at this time hasn't been fully established and keep as ambiguous (and Hikaru is the one in control, that's why he sometimes can use different move and unable to use it anymore after that). Only after the start of Ginga S his power level has been set and he then get nerf so he will be on par with Victory and they can advertise Ginga Strium..

It's alternate Dark Zagi.. but his power is as strong as the one in Nexus. The reason why Ginga able to defeat him is because Ginga power level at this time hasn't been fully established and keep as ambiguous (and Hikaru is the one in control, that's why he sometimes can use different move and unable to use it anymore after that). Only after the start of Ginga S his power level has been set and he then get nerf so he will be on par with Victory and they can advertise Ginga Strium..
