Why isn't Ginga on Tier 3 Afterall He is the Strongest New Gen Ultra + Ginga and Victory due to their Official Stats always saying that they have variable height.

All of his character theme has the word GIN for Ginga (Galaxy/Universe) and Gin (Silver). Ironically he's also the one who voiced Dark Lugiel (the main antagonist of Ginga series itself).

Do you know that Ginga stat is all N/A?? His strength can be so random.. it's either he is too op, or he just a straight up jobber.😂 Ginga having new form is kinda cool, however it's kinda unlikely since he is not that popular in Japan and Sakamoto already move along with Geed, Trigger and Regulos.. In his movie, he get new form by fusing with Victory but Victory got another form thanks to Ultra Fight Victory, Ginga lacking this ultra fight series make him unable to get new form even after losing Ginga Strium form (since, it need Taro to either fuse with him or give him energy). However, I think him not having new form is actually great since most of his ability are so overpowered.. but sadly, he doesn't use them that much due to plot or Ginga Strium need to get spotlight..
@mumeiberries He had "Ginga Strium" form using the "Strium brace" made by "Ultraman Taro" himself(but his base form is still stronger than this form though), then he had a Fusion form with Ultraman Victory called: Ultraman GingaVictory

Ginga's theme ost is the best imo , this ost suitable for the strong ultraman like ginga imo 🔥.
