Here on TheTopher, I'm known for putting a camera on my face and driving cars. Whether it's about any of my personal cars or reviews on weekly test vehicles, the goal is to give you an idea of what a certain car is like to drive or live with. Most of my videos are filmed in POV, with my clothes on, and (for like the 5th time) with in-ear binaural audio. Which, if I haven't made it clear yet, is why you should wear headphones. Because of the whole "woah" factor. It's there, trust me. Try it, you'll see! Or don't. As long as you whitelist me on your adblocker I'm okay with whatever you do or don't do with regards to headphone usage. That is all. Oh and I guess you should also probably subscribe. The V6 seems to be pretty good. I have the powertrain in my Charger and its great. Worried that the Durango was too heavy for it but sees great.

I've sat in the 3rd row of the Durango. I'm 6'4" and there is plenty of room for me, but the seats aren't very comfortable on longer roadtrips.

get a small slow reliable car, you won't have that much money as a kid to deal with gas prices and repair costs, once you grow older and get used to driving upgrade to a faster car

Great review. Let's face it, most of the Durango drivers are women because it's a family car/truck. They don't need 0-60 in 4.5 seconds, they need comfort. The V6 is plenty. It rides nice, reliable, great in winter getting thru snow, decent fuel mileage, nice spacious interior and it's way better looking than it's competition.

I also have a 2018 Durango GT with the Brass monkey package but my didn’t come with that hood.
I love the Durango but it shuts off and starts back up by itself

This is not a Mercedes inspired shifter. They are built by a company called ZF and are used in manufactures ranging from BMW to KIA. FCA isn’t related to Mercedes Benz any longer Sir......

How does it handle the snow with the AWD?
Damen0530 I rented one for a road trip to Colorado a few weeks ago. We got caught in a snow storm and it never slipped or felt unstable. I never saw the traction control light, not even once
However, if you push it, I am sure you can get it to slide. Wheny lease on my Compass is done, I will be getting a RT or SRT.
The one I rented was a '18 GT AWD. For a daily, it never felt like it was missing power. Way better than the Ford explorer.

Tom Boyle I drive these Durango's all the time, usually with the V8 but I have to admit they are really nice, but the Mazda looks better and has a nice interior... given FCA's reliability I'd avoid any Dodge..
@@DoSum4Me let the women drive the mazda. The Durango is cool and mean looking. The durango will last 150k miles before any mechanical repairs will be needed if any.
