    Double dip cheese and carmelized onion frozen ice cold beer and hot dog w onion on the side fries and onion rings and a cup of the beef broth on the side is how it’s done

    I came all the way from Wisconsin, ate there today and met Richie. One of the most personable and nice guys ive ever met. He's just as much a part of Brennan and Carr as the roast beef is.

    That place just oozes heritage, and that guy working 7-days a week 11am-11pm for 35 years is an absolute hero.

    Love the character of these old places, take them any day over sterile chains. Also love the multiple choking and other medical emergency signs lol.

    Looks like the original fixture & fittings since 1938...Richie came across as quite a character & as for the butties...WOW !!!!...had me salivating

    Now this looks like my kinda place to eat 🙂 the bread sitting in the broth/gravy worries me as I hate soggy bread, but I would 100% eat both those sandwiches. If I ever get to NYC I would search that place out.
