Becasue of this, I was not able to play the game for 6-7 months. However one afternoon, I randomly was on Google Play Store on landscape (for some crazy reason I can't remember why) and told myself to just open the game that way (I don't know what influenced me to do that but I'm glad it did). To my surprise the game actually started working so I closed it and reopened it again but on portrait this time and the problem returned. From then I learned to be on an application where the game could be accessed (for example Play Store, the Games app Samsung or other brand devices have where installed games are stored and settings could be adjusted to improve gaming experience, etc.) with the device IN LANDSCAPE POSITION FIRST then open the game. I experienced this issue experienced on Android 12 specifically but now everything is back to normal since my device updated to Android 13. Hope this information was clear and helped despite being lengthy.

real bro i had like 183k power and i grinded so hard and bought energy refills and i got the max version of him (3 star lvl 1 guaranteed) i was rank 962. Now i got 250k i grinding other cards as well.

Try turning off your wifi and LTE or 5g or whatever you have. Then open the game and then turn on your wifi. That’s what works for me.
